Aging does not cause inactivity. Inactivity causes aging.

Some may believe age rules you out of doing certain things, such as the dreaded deadlift exercise. Well, here’s some perspective. Kathy has struggled with chronic back pain, and we’ll say her spirit is younger than the chronological number that so often pigeonholes us. Many may expect deadlifting to be contraindicated for her. However, with proper exercise selection and postural restoration techniques her back pain has disappeared and she is out there “BESTing” with the youngest of them.

Here’s to staying youthful and owning human movement!
