Elite Accountability

In this service model, you’ll individually consult with Coach Zack on your way to achieving your goals. Whether the goals are weight loss and body composition or elite athletic performance, Zack will meet with you on a bi-weekly or weekly basis to discuss and make changes to the plan and hold you accountable to the goals you say you want to accomplish.

What to Expect

Coaching and Training

  • Bi-weekly or weekly strategy meetings with Zack
  • Unlimited text communication through the BEST Accountability App
  • Individualized programs based on movement assessments (you’ll be doing exercises that are specific to the way your body moves - no cookie cutters!)
  • 24/7 access to BEST to execute training programs (or execute training programs at your gym or at home)

Education

  • BEST Inner Circle Access (member’s only online portal has all educational content available for free)
  • Daily lessons in the accountability App that correspond to the habit being practiced.
  • Exercise demonstration videos

Accountability – 3 steps!

  • Schedule your training and accountability sessions in advance and we will keep track of your attendance. Your attendance goal should be 100%.
  • Objective metrics on habit and workout consistency - daily recorded check-ins, bi-weekly weigh-ins, and monthly performance/body measures.
  • Each month, fill out a short survey to check in on deeper health measures.
